Request a quote
One form, answered in writing the same business day. No phone tag, no sales follow-up.
What to include
The difference between a same-day price and a back-and-forth that takes three days is usually just detail. If you can cover these, we can normally quote without attending first.
- The suburb, and the building name if it is an apartment. Access changes what a job costs.
- What stopped working, in plain terms. "The shower mixer drips constantly" beats "plumbing issue".
- How long it has been happening, and whether it is getting worse.
- Your next check-in date. This is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
- Whether a guest is in the property now. If yes, say so in the first line.
- Photos, if your cleaner or guest has any. Reply to our first email and attach them.
What happens next
- We read it and come back in writing the same business day.
- You get a fixed price, or an hourly rate with a time estimate where the fault needs diagnosing.
- You approve it, or you do not. There is no follow-up sequence either way.
- We attend inside a window that suits your calendar and send photos on completion.
Prefer plain email?
The form below is the fastest route because it captures what we need to quote. If you would rather write to us directly, use comodomaintenance@gmail.com and include the same details.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else just helps us quote more accurately.
Before you get in touch
How quickly will I hear back?
Every enquiry is answered on the business day it arrives. Enquiries marked as having a guest in the property are answered faster than that, because the timing is what makes them expensive.
Why is there no phone number?
Because written beats spoken for this kind of work. A quote you can read is a quote you can compare, forward and refer back to. It also means you can log a job at any hour instead of waiting for someone to pick up, and you are never left wondering what was actually agreed.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The property suburb, what has stopped working, which room it is in, how long it has been an issue, and the date of your next check-in. Photos help enormously and often save an inspection fee, so send them if a guest or cleaner has already taken some.
Do you quote before starting work?
Always. Defined jobs get a fixed written price. Faults that need diagnosing first get an hourly rate plus a realistic time estimate, and we confirm the repair cost with you before going ahead. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
